The bike is very good but there is something wrong with customer service and the app, one cannot file complaints via the app, must always go through email and wait 2-3 days for a response, so if you have a complaint, it might take 2 months to be resolved if you are patient.

Everything is OK. but a little bit disappointed bcz I received my package with damage also inside stuff minor damage as well. Some tools are working fine, but some are not fit to sku or other things. overall, the bike looks great and nice.

Very good bicycle. Approximately 100 km range with a speed of 25 km/h on a single charge. The tires are suitable for off-road, but they make noise on asphalt roads.

Ordering is simple, I suggest using paypal payment method, that's for sure. Tracking was sometimes difficult to understand, with a slight discrepancy in the package. The box I had was damaged, a bit torn, a hole in it, a plastic strap missing, certain protective and hongarocell elements completely disintegrated on the otherwise carefully packed bike, There were two minor damages, one on the case where the battery is to be inserted, and a small dent on the battery. He had all the parts, took about an hour to assemble comfortably, everything's working perfectly so far, the bike delivers exactly as expected.

The bike has really good specs for the price. The high battery capacity, lightweightness and its overall design caught my eye. The frame and the kickstand feel sturdy and the saddle is very comfortable. The wheels are wide and grippy. You can carry a passenger on the rack of the bike if you need to. Even cooler is that it arrived fast and they even sent me a nice phone holder, a cable lock, pump and cycling helmet . However I can't give it 5 stars due to the fact that it had several problems when it arrived. The derailleur and the calipers were not adjusted properly. The battery indicator on the display is very erratic and inaccurate and on the first ride I had a tube puncture on the side of the rim, when I inspected to see what happened the rim tape was ripped in half so I had to replace it.
