Is that your answer to my question that I have already used the product and therefore you cannot give me a refund? I have connected the PC and switched it on, how else would I know that it is not working? You just want to waste time and do nothing! Very poor customer service, apparently no quality assurance either. They sell non-functioning devices and then do not offer the possibility of a refund. Very cheeky statement that I should find a third-party repair shop on site myself.

It works well; Abby Fine Reader can also convert multi-page documents of over 100 pages quite quickly. The loading is fast, and it goes smoothly. It seems that Windows 11 Pro OS is also activated.
