I bought the smart plug blitzwolf bw-shp15 and even if I follow the instructions it's impossible to connect it with the application.
I had the same problem. it works just with a zigbee Gateway!
i have the MoesHouse Tuya ZB WiFi Multi-mode Smart Gateway Bluetooth Mesh Hub ,is it compatible with this plug?

Product as description. Tested with sonoff zigbee hub and ewelink app and working but w-out energy meter. For complete function use Smart Life compatibile zigbee hub.

I ordered two of them right away. After a little misunderstanding, I got it to work. At first, I didn't know that this device required a Zigbee gateway! It only works with... He who doesn't have one of these shouldn't be surprised if he can't hook up! For some reason, one of them keeps turning off, which I haven't figured out yet.
