the hdmi port dont work with my pc and my phone both. Can i fix it?

Does this hub work with S24 S23 SAMUSUNG phones? I'm asking because the previous Blitzwolf hub didn't work with them.

Most basic functions work well (net, HDMI, type-c charging) but it does really get warm.
