does anyone know how to add extra watch faces?
After logging into the application, press - more, settings, call settings, more clock
I'm having trouble measuring my blood sugar. It shows the same graph every day, even if I eat or don't eat. The watch doesn't actually measure sugar, does it?
I bought the watch: it doesn't measure blood sugar, it just pretends to measure it. If you change the actual time 12 hours later (for example, from 8 am to 8 pm) you will see at night the curves that are usually seen after feeding during the day. During the day, the measurement will be flat, as if you haven't eaten at all...
how is accuracy for blood sugar measurement for this model? i bought many models from banggood for this but none is accurate.
The blood sugar measurement is not accurate. The measurements are almost the same for every day.
Can you please describe _how_ it extracts the glucose level? (I understand it's for reference only, but it would be very useful how the process works.)<br/>Thanks,
If it is anything like my ET210 watch it does not work and will read the same blood glucose for an apple as it does on your arm. I wasn't expecting accuracy, but was hoping to see trend. The trends on that watch were apparently pre-programmed. I sure hope this works on this watch, but not holding my breath.
Can I connect watch to the computer and download measurements ?

Yesterday it arrived, I unpacked it today. The box doesn't have anything extra on the outside, but it gives a quality impression. It was fully charged in the box. The application can be used in Hungarian, although the translation is interesting in some places and requires a bit of creativity to decipher what they meant, but it can be get used to. The watch is very good, it has a nice low-key appearance [black colour], is comfortable and functional. The silicon band has many adjustment holes and does not pull against wrist hairs. The screen is clear and bright. The H Band App is also very good. The watch logs your: sport [all of the steps you take in my case] per half hour, heart rate at 10 minute intervals, your blood pressure at 10 minute intervals, blood oxygen every 30 minutes, body temperature and skin temperature every ten minutes and your blood glucose levels every 10 minutes. It also monitors your sleep quality, although it does not always get the time that I fall asleep correct, though that may be related to my sleep apnoea. All of these records are available via the app, logged per day, week, month etc. You can also take instant measurements on the watch should you need to. I have not verified the accuracy of the measurements, and I treat the watch more as a trend indicator, than a provider of absolutely accurate values, as it is not a certified medical device. You can improve the accuracy of the measurements by calibrating the blood pressure and blood glucose readings against certified medical equipment. The watch also does a lot of other "smart watch" things, such as being able to make and receive phone calls when in range of your phone, store a dozen or so contacts, play music, it has a calculator and a couple of games. This health band represents amazing value for money. I have purchased another BW-HL5 on behalf of a friend and am sending the details to another friend that wants one. Oh, and it displays the date and time as well. Highly recommended.
