I’ve been wanting to try sous vide cooking for a while, and this machine made it incredibly easy. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The touchscreen is responsive, and the WiFi app control works great once set up. The temperature control is impressively accurate — it held water at the exact target temp for hours. Build quality is solid; the stainless body feels premium. I’ve used it several times already, and it’s running like new, so durability and longevity both seem promising. The sleek black and silver design looks great on the counter too.
