How to use the promotional code?
Return the product before it's too late, get your money back now. The printer doesn't work, it has very very bad software and hardware. I've been fighting with them for months to get my money back and take back the printer. It's nonsense.
I bought it a week ago, it hasn't left your warehouse yet. I'm disappointed

Very cool, there must have been a software problem, I received the *X4 plus* with the coil pack and a week later the *X4 pro*. But well 😶🌫️

Very long waiting times but the support was very kind in giving me explanations. Printer arrived without any problems. I recommend updating the firmware to the latest version before performing calibrations, as they may have some bugs.

There was confusion with the delivery, but thanks to John's help, the printer and promotional filament arrived to me. The printer is super, very fast prints, the manufacturer could work on silencing the fan noise - they could work quieter. Overall, I recommend the purchase.
