I bought this printer on January 15, when will it be sent because I'm already worried?
Don't worry. According to Artillery, the first containers arrived at the European warehouses on 01.02. Banggood made a mistake and displayed that the product is in stock but it hasn't been properly released yet. Banggood will probably add an additional 5 kilograms of filament for everyone who has been waiting for more than 2 weeks. So, Banggood, let's go and make your customers happy again 🔥🔥🔥.

Catastrophic experience with this machine, after a few hours of printing the extruder motor was not working properly, requested an exchange of the 3D printer from Banggood and they notified me that they do not have the capacity to respond to my request and refer me to Artiellry support. For Artiiellry, it is the motherboard that no longer responds and needs to be changed. My printer is out of order and I have not yet received the motherboard which is still in China awaiting shipment. Poor quality material and non-existent customer support both at BANGGOOD and ARTIELLRY. Advice: DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!!! Go for a brand such as CREALITY.

I received the printer, at first glance it seems like a good product. Unfortunately, I believe my model is defective. It has problems with adhesion. After performing test calibration prints, I launched the first print. The result was dramatic. Not only did the print fail, but the extruder body got damaged. Now the printer is unusable. I have given all permissions to the App but it does not allow me to attach photos. I will contact the support center.

Very long waiting times but the support was very kind in giving me explanations. Printer arrived without any problems. I recommend updating the firmware to the latest version before performing calibrations, as they may have some bugs.

There was confusion with the delivery, but thanks to John's help, the printer and promotional filament arrived to me. The printer is super, very fast prints, the manufacturer could work on silencing the fan noise - they could work quieter. Overall, I recommend the purchase.
