Did anyone receive the 5 filament rolls offered in the ad? I know the brand offered them during pre-purchase.
No, no filament received

The second product has arrived here, not the merchant's fault. DHL left the first one somewhere. The product works, incredibly loud. The filament provided was of very poor quality.

Great value for money. I have the X1 and the X3 plus and would never consider either one of those after having used the X4. The power switch had some kind of failure on the very first day where it wouldn't stay in the off position. However, it started working again after a bit of messing with it. Since the printer has Klipper, you probably want to keep it on all the time anyway (although there is no screen saver for the LCD). Almost filed a warranty claim. Use the provided lubricant on the X linear rail. It will make the printer a lot quieter. I found that Klipper has a utility routine for adjusting the bed screws, but Artillery doesn't give you the config for it. I found this great video and also posted the necessary config change in the video comments: https://youtu.be/APAbl5PGEh0 Always remember to home all axes before running the utility functions or macros or the printer will just ram the X and Y beyond max without care. Don't use the Z adjustment on the LCD (or use it just for the initial offset). Instead, run a print with enough first layer surface so that you can see how it prints and use the Z offset adjustment during printing. You get a much more accurate result by fine tuning the actual first layer visually. The printer can vibrate a lot during fast printing, which can cause the spool on top to unwind and tangle. The solution is to flip the spool around. Works 100%. This printer is great, if: a) you are on a tight budget b) you want a great printer c) you have some experience 3D printing already d) you already know or are willing to learn how to use Linux. I was able to install a Logitech camera with no problems. The root login is the MKS default, so make sure you change the password. Printer UI security is severely lacking, so you have some work to do if you are on a public network. If your network is 100% secure, it's kind of OK.

Super device at the best price _Everything test print extremely fast, which however slightly affects the quality..._ had 2x a frozen screen maybe I can get rid of that with an update.

The printer is really good, but it needs a little help: _- I leveled the HB using the Klipper web interface (Bed Mesh)_- I flashed the firmware, the one that goes via the USB stick (there was one, without a version number ...)_- everything needs to be lubricated (I even lubricated the filament cooling fan)_- in Orca Slicer, tweak the profile a bit (Z hop when retracting 0.3 mm, reduce infill retraction off) __Filament exchanges well. _Klipper is great, especially the web interface. _So, you have to learn something too.

I've received the 3D printer at time. But, after unboxing I've discovered some pink PLA inside the nozzle of the extruder. And after operating it, I've discovered that the printer have an history! A total of 51 print, 366.13meter of filament used, 68h17m13s of print time. So the printer is not new. It's a refurbished print. It's a scam! I've paid for a new product and I've received a refurbished product!
