I've received the 3D printer at time. But, after unboxing I've discovered some pink PLA inside the nozzle of the extruder. And after operating it, I've discovered that the printer have an history! A total of 51 print, 366.13meter of filament used, 68h17m13s of print time. So the printer is not new. It's a refurbished print. It's a scam! I've paid for a new product and I've received a refurbished product!

The machine self-adjusts, has too many calibration errors, if the print file is too heavy the machine freezes and gives an error, the heated bed easily gets misaligned due to the low quality springs and that causes the parts to detach even if you use 3dlac. Definitely not worth the headaches it gives you. I have given it several chances but I am returning it.

Very good printer. works fast and well. It's a bit of a job to put everything together neatly, but once it's set up, it zooms. Also super handy that they now have their own software. Everything is directly set up in the software without having to go through the settings yourself during the first setup. 1 drawback: The support option in the software is not that good. I'm used to the tree support which is very easy to remove. This support just becomes part of your print. Not possible :)
