Fast arrival, no visible damage. Put the printer tighter, and it refused to start. Turned out entire mobo shifted in the case and the reset button was stuck pushed in. Got it to boot, but not to level or print. Head kept rising. Turned out to be a loose ribbon cable. Sorted it all out, no thanks to customer support, and the printer prints really good and fast out of the box. Just as well as my heavily modified ender 3, but for a fraction of the cost of the mods. (Bought this x3 on sale). If you can get it on sale, don't hesitate :-)

Excellent machine. Setup was easy, about 15 minutes. Bed levelling is first manual, then z adjustment, then automatic. Careful not to bring the bed too much down when manual bed levelling, because it catches with the plastic cover of the bed motor at the back in its lowest position. See third picture attached. It can print very fast, but at higher speed it loses print quality. Best to stay around 150 mm/s, depending on model and material.
