this is my first 3D printer, i saw a lot negative review thats weird this printer is really good easy to use and if you have something like stuck or motor not smooth, just resetup its work well:))

The product has defects in the baxse plate, its operation is not good, there are errors in the print tray due to the failure of the baxse plate of the printer that goes crazy after several movements of the print tray.

The printer was delivered to me, in Italy, very quickly, in 6 days. Considering there was a weekend in between and we are in August, I would say excellent. The package is perfect, it shows no dents, abrasions, holes, or tears, which is not always a given, given my experience. So congratulations on the speed and care of the shipment. The package is sealed and unopened, in fact, as can be seen from the photos, it is closed with the original Artillery tape. Excellent for this too. Now all that is left is to do the unboxing. I will keep you updated.
