E.U. Voltage is generally 220v, we have that in US and Canada but our frequency is 60hz. With E.U. using 50hz any control circuitry would likely fail.

Dit Onderdeel van de kraan is stuk. Ik kreeg zo het parket aan geboden van de post.nl . De parket was helemaal karpoort en daar door ook het kraantje handvat stuk. Om de kraan aan te zetten en van warm en naar koud water te zetten. Kan u mijn zo nieuwe onderdeel naar mijn toe sturen. Of krijg ik een nieuwe kraan. Kijk ook naar de Foto's. Ik wacht op u antwoord.

Received in good time but parcel poorly packaged. Product box was crushed but fortunately no damage to product. If it had been handed over in a shop environment it would have been fine but the packaging was not suitable for delivery by couriers. It was only good fortune that the contents were not damaged.
