Packing of the parcel could be better, however item not damaged. Item as described. It doesn't do well with long beard, it handles short beard better, but it pulls often (maybe my beard is harder than the average). It isn't useful for daily shaving. If you want to shave your full face it takes much more time. Maybe useful to shape the beard but not for shaving.

To shave this is a pain, it's a piece of cake! Okay, it's small, it's stocky and it does something, but it's not really worth the money

Hi, Unusable product!!! Not suitable for shaving. It only pulls the hair (it hurts!!!) but it doesn't cut it!!! I'm disappointed!
